When a book is stolen from an antique shop, Paddington and the Brown family must unmask the thief. Scenes in which characters are in danger might scare very young children, although outcomes are always reassuring. Paddington, now happily settled with the Browns, picks up a series of odd jobs to buy the perfect present for his Aunt Lucy, but it is stolen.
