Phase 2 of our development is moving full steam ahead! The next stage includes window replacements and roof repairs, which means scaffolding will be going up in two phases over the summer.
Since works began on 28th April, our appointed contractors, Pave-Aways Limited, have made strong early progress across a few key areas of the building.
The next stage of works to transform Wellington Orbit into a thriving cinema, arts and community hub is set to start later this month. After
