These Membership Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern the rights and obligations of individuals (hereinafter referred to as “Wow Members”) who enrol in the Wow Membership scheme offered by Wellington Orbit (hereinafter referred to as the “Scheme”). By enrolling in the Scheme, Wow Members agree to abide by these Terms and enjoy the benefits and offers provided by Wellington Orbit.

1. Membership Benefits
1.1 10% off Standard Cinema (excluding live cinema screenings)
1.2 10% off all food from the menu (excluding pre-packaged snacks),
1.3 10% off all drinks
1.4 We reserve the right to introduce new lines/specials at any time with or without discount.

2. Exclusive Ticket Offers
2.1 Wellington Orbit reserves the right to offer exclusive ticket discounts and promotions at its discretion.
2.2 Wellington Orbit reserves the right to add, modify, or withdraw these exclusive ticket offers at any time without prior notice.

3. Membership Duration and Renewal
3.1 The Wow Membership is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of enrolment.
3.2 Memberships will not automatically renew at the end of the membership period. Wow Members
need to actively renew their membership to continue enjoying the benefits.

4. Membership Fees
4.1 Wow Members are required to pay an annual membership fee to participate in the Scheme.
4.2 The membership fee is non-refundable, and termination of the membership will not incur any refund for the unused membership period.

5. Membership Card and Use
5.1 Wow Members will be issued a membership card upon enrolment.
5.2 The membership card is non-transferable and can only be used by the named Wow Member.
5.4 Wow Members can book on behalf of an additional 3 WOW members.
5.5 The membership card must be presented at the time of purchase to avail the applicable discounts and benefits.
5.6 If purchasing tickets online, your Wow card number will be entered at checkout to avail the applicable discount.
5.7 Misuse or unauthorized use of the membership card may result in immediate termination of the Wow Membership.

6. Termination of Wow Membership
6.1 Wellington Orbit reserves the right to terminate a Wow Member’s membership if they violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the membership benefits.
6.2 Wow Members may also terminate their membership at any time by notifying Wellington Orbit in writing.
6.3 Termination of the Wow Membership will not result in any refund for the remaining unused membership period.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Wellington Orbit shall not be responsible for any changes or discontinuation of services, products, or benefits offered under the Scheme.

8. Modification of Terms
8.1 Wellington Orbit reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 These Terms shall be governed under the laws of England and Wales.
