Alternatively, give us a call on 01952 743 377 and we can process the purchase of your membership over the phone, and provide you your membership card number to enable you to access the benefits immediately.

Membership is £20 per year and is valid from date of purchase.

These special offers are set by our management team and will vary throughout the year dependent on our film programme and events. These could be in the form of further discounted cinema entry for selected performances, member only events/activities, exclusive items etc.

Items mentioned above are examples and are subject to availability as per our terms and conditions.

At this time, we don’t offer special Wow membership rates for couples or families.

These Membership Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern the rights and obligations of individuals (hereinafter referred to as “Wow Members”) who enroll in the Wow Membership scheme offered by Wellington Orbit (hereinafter referred to as the “Scheme”). By enrolling in the Scheme, Wow Members agree to abide by these Terms and enjoy the benefits and offers provided by Wellington Orbit.

1. Membership Benefits

1.1 10% off Standard Cinema, Food (excluding snacks), Hot/Cold Drinks, and Alcohol:
1.1.1 Wow Members are entitled to receive a 10% discount on the purchase of one standard cinema ticket per showing.
1.1.2 The 10% discount is applicable on food items available on the breakfast menu, main menu, and cakes, excluding all snacks.
1.1.3 For hot/cold drinks, the discount applies to standard beverages only. Any special items or extras will be charged at full price.
1.1.4 The 10% discount is also valid on the purchase of alcohol.

2. Exclusive Ticket Offers

2.1 Wellington Orbit reserves the right to offer exclusive ticket discounts and promotions at its discretion.
2.2 The availability and nature of these exclusive ticket offers may vary. Some months may have no offers, while others may have multiple offers.
2.3 Wellington Orbit reserves the right to add, modify, or withdraw these exclusive ticket offers at any time without prior notice.

3. Membership Duration and Renewal

3.1 The Wow Membership is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of enrollment.
3.2 Memberships will not automatically renew at the end of the membership period. Wow Members need to actively renew their membership to continue enjoying the benefits.

4. Membership Fees

4.1 Wow Members are required to pay an annual membership fee to participate in the Scheme.
4.2 The membership fee is non-refundable, and termination of the membership will not incur any refund for the unused membership period.

5. Membership Card and Use

5.1 Wow Members will be issued a membership card upon enrollment.
5.2 The membership card is non-transferable and can only be used by the named Wow Member.
5.3 The membership card must be presented at the time of purchase to avail the applicable discounts and benefits.
5.4 Misuse or unauthorized use of the membership card may result in immediate termination of the Wow Membership.

6. Termination of Wow Membership

6.1 Wellington Orbit reserves the right to terminate a Wow Member’s membership if they violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the membership benefits.
6.2 Wow Members may also terminate their membership at any time by notifying Wellington Orbit in writing or through the designated termination process.
6.3 Termination of the Wow Membership will not result in any refund for the remaining unused membership period.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Wellington Orbit shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by Wow Members arising from the use or non-use of the membership benefits.
7.2 Wellington Orbit shall not be responsible for any changes or discontinuation of services, products, or benefits offered under the Scheme.

8. Modification of Terms

8.1 Wellington Orbit reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
8.2 Wow Members will be notified of any significant changes to the Terms via email or other means of communication provided by the Wow Member.
8.3 Continued participation in the Scheme after the modification of the Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Wellington Orbit operates.
