Orbit’s 2023 AGM will take place on 10th July

We are delighted to inform members that our Annual General Meeting will take place on Monday 10th July at 7pm in our 63 seat cinema. Please find below the agenda for the meeting.

Subject to network capability, we are also looking to stream this meeting on our YouTube channel to allow those who cannot attend in person to watch.

6. Appointment of directors to include the election of:
   Nick Brooke, John McGregor, Heather Reid and Caroline Freeman to the Board and the re-election of:
   Bill Graham and Liam McClelland to the Board.
7. Motions
   Motion 1 – that the Society agrees that the Society will prepare the accounts for the year ending 31st December 2023 without the need of an audit but will be the subject of an assurance review prepared by a firm of chartered accountants.
